What will you do?

As an order processor/ planner, you play a central role within our organization. You ensure that orders are processed flawlessly and that the planning of our projects perfectly matches the wishes of our customers. Your knowledge of glass will come in handy, as you will be responsible for reviewing technical specifications and communicating with customers and suppliers.

Your duties will include:

• Processing and checking incoming orders.
• Set up and monitor the schedule for our fitters and glaziers.
• Consult with customers, suppliers and colleagues regarding deliveries and execution.
• Ensure efficient work distribution and route planning.
• Monitor deadlines and identify potential bottlenecks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work independently, can switch gears quickly and is solution-oriented.
• Has knowledge of glass (a big plus to perform this job well).

In addition, we ask:

• Good organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with scheduling software (is a plus).
• A customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Availability of a minimum of 36 hours per week.
